Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from autopartdeals.com.au, run by AutoPart Deals, 23 Darnick St, Underwood QLD 4119.

Orders and pickup

All online orders are Click and Collect from our Underwood shop. We don't ship at the moment. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours on business days. Please collect within 14 days. If an order isn't collected, we may cancel and refund it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error on our site, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Stock

We show live stock where we can. If something sells out after you order, we'll contact you to offer a replacement, a sourced alternative, or a full refund.

Fitment

We help match parts to vehicles, but please check the part number and fitment before fitting. If you're not sure, message us on 0482 057 241 before you buy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for returns.
